companies.
Jokin is on the board and an investment advisor to
several companies.
He has shares in several companies across the
following sectors: Real Estate, Hotels, Energy, Industrial and technological.
Professional with more than 20 years of experience in auditing (public, private and stock-listed companies), she is an Auditor registered in the Official Registry of Auditors of Accounts (ROAC).
She was Partner at Crowe Auditores, S.L.P, being
the Managing Partner of the Basque Country and a
member of the Management Committee.
Enrique worked as an equity data analyst for
Bloomberg and has experience as investment analyst, Financial Modelling, valuation and operational risk.
Enrique is CFA and has studied a Business and
Management Degree and a Master in Banking and
Financial Regulation at the University of Navarra.
With more than 25 years of experience in the
Banking, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors.,
Javier has been CFO of AM at BBVA Propiedad FII
and Investment Director at Fortis Private RE and
BNP Paribas REIM. In recent years he has been the CFO at Canal de Isabel II.
Javier holds a degree in Business and Economics
from ICADE, a Master in Accounting and Finance
from UNED and a PD in Real Estate from IE.
Prior to joining merkel in 2022, Gema worked as
an asset manager for ELIX.
Additionally, Gema also worked as a creative director for Corp.
Building in Barcelona for 3 years.
Gema studied interior architecture in Santander at Escuela de artes y diseño Sater. Additionally,
Gema studied secretarial degree Santander also.
With over 20 years of experience, Sergio is a
professional proficient in financial management,
business planning, and controlling. His prior role as a fund manager adds depth to his skills, encompassing investment analysis, company valuation, cash flow and financial projections.
Javier Escuchuri is the Project Director of Merkel’s secondary business – Sisthema. Merkel utilise them
for all of their Projects.
Prior to joining Sisthema, Javier worked at Atec
aparejadores for 11 years. He has experinece in the
construction of real estate projects including PBSA
in Pamplona.
Javier studied engineering at the University.
With 6 + years in real estate, Carlos is an expert in investment and asset management, specializing in financial analysis, business planning, and optimization. His previous role enhanced his expertise in large-scale supervision, asset
performance and sales strategies.
Carlos holds degrees in Business and Administration from Pompeu Fabra university and law from the university of Barcelona.
Patricia has over 10 years of Experience in investment and business within the real estate sector. Specializing “living” asset classes, she has worked in Australia, UK, and Spain, in companies such Culmia, Sunbelt Capital Partners, and Life 3A.
She holds a Master`s in Architecture from ETSAM Madrid and a Master´s in Real Estate from the IE.
With over 13 years in luxury hospitality, specializing in operational transformation and value creation, expertise spans European markets, including PBSA and Flexi Living sectors. Proficient in asset management and aligning strategies with investor goals, driving results and enhancing experiences.
Holds certifications in Real Estate Asset Management and Project Management from Cornell University and Alcalá.
